Hiring any member of our Event Leadership Team transforms your role as a host. Each position offers unique responsibilities, but no matter which one you choose, it’s a true game-changer. Instead of managing every detail, you’ll have the freedom to relax, enjoy, and fully experience your event—just as it was meant to be.
Event Captain
An Event Captain coordinates with staff and clients to ensure seamless communication and flawless delivery. Provides on-site leadership during events primarily with event staff to troubleshoot issues, adjust operations as needed, and ensure client objectives and guest experiences are achieved. This role largely works in conjunction with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food production aligns with the event’s timelinst
Event Coordinator
An Event Coordinator focuses on all aspects of the event (for example, décor, catering, or scheduling). They work with you from through every stage of planning in order to execute all detailed plans. This ensures all assigned tasks are completed on time. Vendor coordination, timeline execution, all detailed decor set up, troubleshooting all issues that may arise during the event timeline. An Event Coordinator would be considered your direct point person for the event’s host.
Day-of Coordinator
A Day-of Coordinator responsibilities are focused primarily on the actual day of the event. Allowing the host to fully plan and oversee all responsibilities prior to the day of the event then handing the over to our Coordinator the day of. They step in to manage all the details on the actual day of your event. They ensure your timeline is followed, vendors are coordinated, and any last-minute issues are handled quickly. Their goal is to make sure everything you’ve planned comes together flawlessly, so you can relax and enjoy your event without stress.
Floor Captain or Supervisor
Depending on event size, acts as the main point of contact for the team and sometimes for the client. They keep communication clear and issues resolved quickly, so your event stays on track without stress. They are your on-floor Leader, managing all staff issues, while problem solving whatever issues may arise in real time. This role is perfect for larger occasions. A function with greater than 75 people would be fitting for a Captain.
Team Lead Supervisor
The Team Lead Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for teams working on your event. They ensure that each individualized team understands their role and responsibilities clearly. They continue to keep everything organized and on track. This leadership role is ideal for smaller events or for event of 75 guest or less.
